Our waitlist has now reopened for 2027.
The waitlist is quite extensive and we're unable to provide an estimated timeframe. We'll be working through all membership upgrades towards the end of 2026 — please keep an eye out for further communication.
This includes the following memberships: Legends Lounge, Captains Club Reserved, Members Reserve, Level 2/2 Carltonian Bays, Level 2/3 Carltonian Bays, Level 2/3 Bluetonian Bays and Captains Club Add-on.
How do I join the waitlist?
Our waitlist is now open for 2027. You must be a current Carlton member to join. If you haven't yet purchased a 2027 membership, please do that first before joining the waitlist.
When will I hear back?
We'll work through the waitlist after our premium membership cut-off dates in November/December. Due to high demand, we're unable to provide an estimated timeframe.
Do I need to be a member to be on the waitlist? What about juniors?
Yes. Everyone on the waitlist must hold a Carlton membership — including juniors.
Will the waitlist reset each season?
Yes. Once we've worked through available spots, you'll need to let us know if you'd like to stay on the waitlist for the following season. If you do, your position will be kept as long as you remain a member.
I'm a current reserved seat member and want to change my seat. What do I do?
Please contact us on 1300 227 586. Please note that all reserved seats are currently full, so requests cannot be guaranteed.
